Prognosis of Heel Pain and Plantar Fasciitis
The outlook is excellent for most people with plantar fasciitis. At least 90% of patients respond either to the first six to eight weeks of conservative therapy (i.e insoles such as the dr foot pro insoles and heat and ice) or conservative therapy followed by six to eight weeks of wearing night splints (i.e fxt night splints).
